Dublin 4 Office Fit Out

The full internal refurbishment of the Dublin office of Leman Solicitors, located along the banks of the Grand Canal in Percy Place, Dublin 4.

A ground floor office providing 70 desk spaces and additional reception, meeting rooms, canteen, bathrooms and breakout spaces. The project consisted of the full internal fit out of the office spaces including all comms and services, internal finishes and furniture. The onsite project was phased to minimise disruption and ensure that the clients had full business continuity throughout the project. The new layout was designed to take full advantage of the attractive canal side location maximising views and daylight.
