Clontarf House

A project to fully refurbish and extend an existing house in Clontarf, Dublin 3, creating a warm, modern well-lit family home. A central courtyard was created to bring light and air into the depth of the house allowing all areas to benefit from sunlight. An important feature to the client is the extra tall glazing to the rear of the extension ensuring views of the mature tree canopy. Off the main open plan kitchen/dining area a cozy sitting room is separated from the main living space by a sliding door.
