Building Regulations & Statutory Obligations

Throughout all construction projects there are a number of different stages that require the consideration of and compliance with relevant Construction, Planning, Environmental and Health & Safety Regulations. Keller Architects is fully qualified and experienced in offering advice on how best to ensure compliance with these regulations.

All projects, apart from very minor works, require compliance with Health and Safety at Work (Construction) regulations. We can offer our services in the role of Project Supervisor Design Phase and can advise clients on their role and the responsibilities that they hold when undertaking construction work.

The services we offer as part of an overall architectural service, or in isolation depending on a client’s requirements, include Fire Safety Certificate Applications, Disability Access Certificate Applications, Health and Safety Coordination and Assigned Certifier Services.
